Return Policy
Please email us prior to returning any product.
We do not accept returns damaged by your pet. All returned products must be in new, unworn condition and pre-authorized by our staff via email. Any refunds issued will reflect non-refundable shipping costs.
Seasonal products are FINAL SALE such as Christmas, Halloween, Valentines Day, St. Patrick’s Day, and Easter.
We do not issue refunds or credit on returned products and can not issue exchanges for any product returned after 14 days.
We recommend using UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, or the US Postal Service with delivery confirmation for your pre-authorized return or exchange.
